Linc Walker

With over two decades at the helm of cultural tourism ventures, Linc will share stories of entrepreneurial practice in destination tourism, education, and service marketing, each rooted in cultural pride and forward-thinking leadership. He'll reflect on the lasting impact of his work across communities, including how universities like ACU can honour and learn from First Nations knowledge in areas such as Theology, Education, Health, and Business. Linc Walker is an Eastern Kuku Yalanji Traditional Owner and cultural entrepreneur with over 27 years of experience leading Indigenous tourism, education, and environmental initiatives. As co-founder of multiple First Nations businesses and Chair of several industry bodies, Linc has pioneered pathways that blend cultural heritage with innovation. From marine ranger programs to national tourism ventures, his work celebrates Country, empowers community and leaves a legacy for future generations.
