Promoting flourishing lives is a key part of our vision for ACU. We want to support all members of the ACU community to lead flourishing lives. 

To support this vision, I will soon be launching a listening tour, which offers an opportunity for you to engage directly with me in an open and inclusive conversation. The listening tour is designed to foster connection, hear your experiences, explore your ideas, and better understand the unique contributions and concerns of staff. Your voice matters, and this will be a positive environment in which to share your ideas, questions and perspectives in a constructive discussion with me.
