It was a pleasure connecting with many of you, both in person and online, during the recent Flourishing at ACU sessions. 

We are now planning a second round of conversations to continue engaging directly with staff—this time to rank your priorities for the new enterprise agreement for ACU.

The insights shared during the initial listening tour have significantly contributed to the way we have approached discussions with the National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU) and the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU NSW).

Your continued feedback remains vital as we move towards finalisation of the enterprise agreement. I warmly invite you to again attend one of the upcoming sessions—either in person or online.
